We try not to get too bogged down in the Fine Print, but we do have a few policies that we ask all of our Clients to keep in mind when scheduling appointments and making decisions about their pets’ treatment options.

New Patients

We are glad that you have chosen us for your pet’s healthcare needs. Please plan to arrive just a few minutes early so that we can have time to get to know you and get you entered into our computer system before your appointment time. If you have records from previous veterinary visits, please bring them with you to your first appointment or you can have them faxed or emailed to us at renee@mountainparksvet.com. You can also fill out our WELCOME FORM at home to save a few minutes.

Appointment Policy

WALK-INS: Appointments are recommended, however, we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute or walk-in patients.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice as we have reserved time especially for you and your pet. We appreciate your understanding that emergencies will always receive top priority over any scheduled appointments.
